BandSet / FAQ

A few things worth knowing

From joining your band to getting ready for a gig. Open a question for a practical answer.

Can more than one leader edit the song library?

Yes. The library belongs to the band, so active members with the leader role can add and edit the same band songs.

What happens if the internet drops during a gig?

Saved songs and setlists remain available from the offline cache. Live synchronization resumes when the connection returns.

Can every musician use a different transposition?

Yes. A song can follow the shared setlist key while an individual musician also uses instrument-specific transposition.

Which phones and tablets are supported?

The installable web app works now on supported phones, tablets and computers. A dedicated Android tablet app is in preparation, and an Apple version is planned.

What can I use on Free?

Free includes 25 band-library entries, 2 setlists, band chat and 5 song requests per rolling 24 hours. Calendar and other paid features are limited, and it does not include extra managed accounts. Upgrade prompts explain locked features; joining another band does not remove your account’s plan limits.

How are Solo and Band different?

Solo unlocks the paid app features for one account without included accounts for other people. Band includes the main account plus 4 managed member accounts. Additional seats have the price shown on the pricing page. Each member uses their own login, not a shared password.

What happens to a member’s included account if they leave?

A seat supplied by a band depends on the band owner’s eligible plan and seat assignment. Removing that seat or ending the owner’s access removes that benefit. A separate valid subscription or gift remains governed by its own terms.

Is annual pricing paid every month?

No. An annual subscription charges the full annual total upfront. It costs the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, a 16.67% saving against 12 monthly payments, and renews annually until cancelled.

Can I use my own notes and share them with the band?

Yes. You can add performance notes and organize them with your repertoire. Only upload or share material you have the right to use. A BandSet subscription is payment for software, not a music-content license. See the Terms for user-content rules.

Where can I request cancellation or a refund?

Submit a Paddle refund request within 14 calendar days of the payment date via paddle.net or the support link on your receipt. The Refund & Cancellation Policy below links to the applicable Paddle terms. Cancelling future renewals is a separate action. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
