1. Lawful and respectful use

• Do not use BandSet for unlawful conduct, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, deception or impersonation.
• Do not publish another person's private or sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis and permission where required.
• Do not send spam, unwanted promotions or abusive volumes of invitations, requests or messages.

2. Content and intellectual property

• Do not upload or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Do not falsely claim authorship, conceal the source of content or submit knowingly false infringement reports.
• Global-library submissions and corrections must be made in good faith and must not introduce malicious, misleading or unrelated material.
• Calling material notes or sharing it without a separate charge does not excuse infringement. Do not import third-party catalogues or share band-only material globally without the rights needed for those uses. These rules also apply to administrator imports.

3. System and account security

• Do not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer or bypass authentication, row-level security, subscription limits or access controls except where law expressly permits.
• Do not introduce malware, destructive code, automated scraping, denial-of-service traffic or tools that interfere with other users.
• Do not access another account, band or private setlist without permission, share managed credentials, or use multiple accounts to evade enforcement or limits.

4. Billing and referral integrity

• Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent disputes, fabricated referrals or coordinated accounts to obtain unearned discounts or seats.
• Do not resell, sublicense or commercially provide BandSet accounts unless a written custom agreement allows it.

5. Enforcement and reports

Depending on severity, history and risk, BandSet may warn the user, remove content, limit a feature, revoke a discount, suspend a workspace, ban an account or permanently delete it. Serious security, fraud, safety or legal risks may result in immediate action. Attempts to evade enforcement are a separate violation.

Reports and appeals should be sent to admin@vibexofficial.com with enough information to locate and assess the issue. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.
